1. Our Commitment
We take great pride in the services we deliver and are dedicated to your satisfaction. We continually strive to provide the best business registration, compliance, and legal services through our platform. If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to resolve the issue, provide a refund, or offer credit for future orders with Formsy.
2. Cancellation Policy
A cancellation request for any service must be submitted to our support team at operations@formsy.in
Once the payment has been made and the service or any part of the service has been initiated (e.g., name application, document preparation, DSC application, or any government filing), the service cannot be canceled.
Formsy reserves the right to cancel a service at any time in case of non-cooperation from the client, submission of incorrect information/documentation, or if the service cannot be completed due to legal or regulatory constraints.
3. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is as follows:
- Eligibility Window: You may request a refund within 60 hours of your payment, provided that work has not commenced as defined in Section 7 & 8. No refund requests will be entertained after this 60 hours period.
- Cancellation Charge: All refunds are subject to a 50% cancellation charge based on the total service fee paid, if the service is partially initiated. This charge covers payment gateway fees, administrative costs, and initial processing overhead.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Government fees, taxes (like GST), and any third-party payments or out-of-pocket expenses already paid or incurred on your behalf are strictly non-refundable.
- Partial Refunds: If the service has been partially completed, the refund amount will be prorated based on the work already performed by our team, in addition to the standard cancellation charge and non-refundable fees.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must send a formal email to our support team at operations@formsy.in from the email address you used to place the order.
Your email must include:
- Your Full Name
- Order ID or Transaction Number
- Service Purchased
- A clear and detailed reason for the refund request.
Our team will review the request and respond within 3-5 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 1-2 weeks from the date of approval. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
6. Change of Service
If you wish to change the service you purchased for another one, you may request this change within 10 days of your payment. The original payment will be adjusted against the new service fee. If the new service fee is higher, you must pay the difference. If it is lower, the difference may be refunded (subject to the 50% cancellation charge depending on if the service is not completed) or held as credit for future services.
7. Factors Beyond Our Control
We cannot guarantee specific outcomes for services that depend on government agencies or third parties. We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or errors caused by government portals (e.g., MCA, Income Tax, FSSAI websites) or government officials.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Rejection of a company name or trademark application.
- Delays in government processing or portal downtime.
- Denial of an application for legal reasons not related to our service.
- Issues arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation provided by you.
No refund shall be issued for delays or rejections of this nature.
8. Cases Where Refunds Are Not Possible
- After the final submission of your application/documents to a government authority (e.g., once a company incorporation form is uploaded to the MCA).
- For time-sensitive or expedited services that have been initiated.
- For services offered under special promotions or bundles that were explicitly marked as "non-refundable" at the time of purchase.
9. Force Majeure
Formsy Legality LLP shall not be held responsible for any delays or failure in service delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, labor strikes, and other force majeure events.
